FRIENDS OR FUNDS REQUESTS

Teachers and Staff requesting funding for classroom or school events should complete THIS FORM.  

Parent volunteers requesting funds for events (such as the Ice Cream Social, Art and Literature Fair, 5th Grade Party, etc.) should connect with the PTO Executive Board (EasterlyPTO@gmail.com) to discuss what funds have already been budgeted. If you expect your funding needs to be greater than the budgeted amount, you MUST request additional funding and receive approval before purchase. 

REQUESTS FOR REIMBURSEMENT

If you made an approved purchase for a PTO event, please CLICK HERE to download a Receipt for Reimbursement form.  Please submit this form and all receipts to the PTO mailbox at school, OR scan and send via email to EasterlyPTO@gmail.com.  Funds MUST be approved by the board before you may request reimbursement.
